Open up a gmail account. Then email me from it at [email protected] I will then email you the documents you need and you can edit them in google docs. TRUST ME this is SO much better than using Open Office.

SPACEBOOK POWERPOINT TEMPLATE
Use the file below as a template to make your spacebook page. The example is based on John F. Kennedy, obviously make sure you change everything to suit your topic!!

Creating your “spacebook” profile using the PowerPoint template:
1. Right Click the PowerPoint template...hit cancel 2. Save the file to your folder. Title it with your name and save it into your folder 3. Now open the file and edit your page 4. Do not mess with the tabs along the top of the profile…they are hyperlinked to connect the slides during a presentation…you really shouldn’t change anything on the format/set up 5. The example you have been given is on JFK…obviously you need to go through and change the profile so that it pertains to your subject. 6. Since all of your pictures that you want are saved to your file, to change a picture on the slide all you have to do is right-click on the picture, go to “change picture” and choose the picture you want from your file. This way you don’t have to mess with re-sizing pictures 7. Make sure you are using the same picture for each “friend” 8. If you need more room for additional posts etc., copy and paste more slides into the slide show. 9. SAVE YOUR WORK OFTEN!!! |
PROFILE PAGE REQUIREMENTS:· Profile information conveys information about your topic · At least 6 friends/fans (that help to tell who is involved with your topic) ·At least 5 status updates that convey info about your topic ·At least 3 posts from friends/fans that convey info about your topic · At least 2 photo albums with captions that tell about your topic · You must be a member of at least 2 groups that would make sense for your topic to “like” · At least 1 advertisement that would make sense for your topic · Other extras…notes, quizzes, games, etc. BE CREATIVE!! Bear in mind, these are minimum requirements. If you have the time, I expect more! |
